Artworks & Physical Products: Due to the handmade nature of our products, all sales are final. We do not offer returns or exchanges unless an item arrives damaged. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.
Custom Commissions: Custom orders require a 50% non-refundable deposit before work begins. Once finalized and shipped, commissions cannot be refunded.
Workshops: Workshop bookings are non-refundable. However, if you notify us at least 7 days before the event, we can transfer your booking to a future workshop or another person.
